3. Products
At Momura, we offer guided keepsake journals designed to help mothers and fathers record their memories, experiences, thoughts and personal stories.
Our journals are created to become meaningful family keepsakes that can be treasured for generations.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product photographs, illustrations, specifications and descriptions accurately represent the items available for purchase.
However, slight variations in colour may occur due to individual screen settings or normal printing differences.
Such variations do not affect your statutory rights where products are not as described, are not of satisfactory quality or are otherwise non-compliant with applicable consumer law.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions and specifications carefully before completing their purchase.
4. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change due to promotional offers, discounts or adjustments to our product range.
Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

All applicable taxes, including VAT where relevant, delivery charges and any additional fees will be clearly displayed before an order is completed.
By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout.
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during your purchase.

Where we are unable to fulfil an accepted order, we will offer an appropriate solution, including a full refund where required.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Momura delivers to customers within the United Kingdom, subject to the delivery areas and restrictions displayed at checkout.
Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, product availability and courier conditions.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver your order without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If an order is delayed, lost or damaged during transit, our customer support team will assist you in finding an appropriate solution.
Responsibility for goods generally remains with Momura until they come into your physical possession or that of a person you have identified to receive them, subject to applicable law.
Any delays or delivery difficulties will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK legislation.
7. Order Cancellations and Modifications
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible at mumorajournal@gmail.com.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will make every reasonable effort to process your requested amendment or cancellation.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may still be entitled to cancel or return it under our Refund & Return Policy and applicable UK consumer law.
For most goods purchased online, consumers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order, without having to provide a reason.
After notifying us of a statutory cancellation, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Our additional 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee provides extended return rights beyond the statutory cancellation period.
Nothing in this section limits your legal cancellation rights.
8. Returns and Refunds
At Momura, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing a journal intended to preserve their family's most meaningful memories.
We therefore offer a 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee from the date of delivery.
Under this guarantee, you may request a return if:
-
The journal does not meet your expectations.
-
You have changed your mind.
-
You received a damaged or defective product.
-
You received an incorrect product.
-
You have partially used the journal, including writing on some of its pages.
Returns under our commercial guarantee are subject to the conditions explained in our Refund & Return Policy.
Momura covers the return shipping costs for all returns accepted under this policy.
Once a return is received and approved under our commercial guarantee, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.
For statutory cancellations, refunds will be issued within the deadlines required by UK law, including the refund of standard outbound delivery charges where applicable.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are separate from and additional to our commercial guarantee.
For assistance, please contact mumorajournal@gmail.com.
9. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Momura website, including text, photographs, illustrations, designs, logos, graphics and editorial materials, is owned by Momura or used with the appropriate permission.
The original content, design and structure of our guided journals may also be protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You must not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or otherwise use protected materials without the necessary permission where doing so infringes the rights of their respective owners.
Purchasing a Momura journal does not grant any commercial rights to reproduce or distribute its protected content or design.
10. Product Use and Care
Momura journals are intended for personal and family use.
We recommend handling them carefully and storing them in suitable conditions to help preserve their pages, binding and written contents.
Customers are welcome to write in, personalise and enjoy their journals as intended.
Normal product use, including writing on some pages, does not invalidate our 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, provided the conditions of our Refund & Return Policy are met.
Reasonable wear resulting from normal use will not automatically disqualify a journal from being returned under our commercial guarantee.
11. Limitation of Liability
Momura is committed to providing accurate product information, clear purchasing conditions and reliable customer service.
We will take reasonable steps to maintain the availability and security of our website.
However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits our liability for:
-
Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
-
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
-
Breach of statutory consumer rights.
-
Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under UK law.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Momura may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our business operations, products, services or applicable legal requirements.
Any changes will be published on this page together with the relevant date of revision.
Updated terms will not retrospectively remove statutory rights or alter the agreed terms of previously accepted purchases, except where permitted by law.
We encourage customers to review these Terms of Service periodically.
